The annual Delaware Speedway awards banquet was held on Saturday, November 28th at the Hellenic Community Centre in London. The list of award winners is as follows:
Safety Award, Sponsored by: Leaf Racewear
The Safety Award is given to the driver in each division who has exceptional safety practices in the car, on the track and in the pit area. This award is decided by Delaware Speedway’s Tech Officials.

Harborne/Lawrence “Spirit of Racing” Award
The Spirit of Racing Award is presented to persons who best exemplify the qualities that Stan Harborne and Dave Lawrence brought to the track. Those qualities included dedication, teamwork, enthusiasm, sportsmanship, commitment, originality, and a strong sense of family. Nominations are solicited from all registered drivers and teams at the Speedway, the Delaware Speedway Team reviews the nominations and selects the annual award winner.
