JLMI was launched by Brad Clarke in 2001. JLMI offered a chance for Delaware's CASCAR Juniors and Sauble Speedway's Junior Late Models to gain valuable experience (and lots of fun) racing against each other at race tracks across Southern Ontario (Grand Bend, Varney, Peterborough, Barrie, Flamboro, Kawartha). In 2003 JLMI became the Junior Canadian Auto Racing (JCAR) Series.
